After years of experimentation, cancellations and redesigns, Facebook looks like it is finally going to launch in the coming weeks a news reading service built for mobile devices named “PAPER” accordingto Re/code's Mike Isaac.

PAPER would aggregate news stories from major media outlets and look similar to the popular app Flipboard. That particular app curates news stories for you in a digital magazine tailored to your interests.

According to Cnet, 'Paper' has been developed specifically for the mobile platform and will aggregate content from a variety of sources including status updates from Facebook and articles from partner media companies, just like Flipboard.
