Run Android Apps On Windows and Mac With Bluestacks

BlueStacks App Player lets you run mobile apps fast and fullscreen on Windows and Mac like Angry Birds Star Wars, Flipboard, Zynga Poker and Instagram fullscreen.

What is BlueStacks?

Bluestacks is a Silicon Valley-based software company that produces BlueStacks App Player and BlueStacks Cloud Connect. Both products are designed to enable Android applications to run on Windows PCs, Macintosh (Mac) computers and Windows tablets

How Does BlueStacks App Player Work?

Its App Player software can run Android apps designed for a mobile phone on most computers, allowing players to experience the game on a larger display. Once installed on a PC or Mac, the software lets users operate games and other apps with their mouse, touchpad, or microphone. With BlueStacks' software, people can take apps from their Android devices and send them via a piece of software downloaded on to their device called Cloud Connect directly to the BlueStacks player on a Windows PC.

When a user goes through this simple procedure, Android apps just show up in the BlueStacks Player on Windows. Like magic, they run on Windows as is, in full screen, with no performance degradation. That means software written for Android, such as Pulse and Flipboard, can now run on your Windows PC and be tied to the data layer of your Android version, too.
